Hello,

I bring you some unfortunate news, VenomousPVP will be shutting down. It is at a unusual time considering we just did a reset, but we can see there is not much of a future with the server, even more so with the impending EULA. I suspect the whole minecraft server market will be damaged with this change so I urge you to prepare yourself for that.

My final words would be VP has had a good run, 1.0 was the building blocks for many of today's factions server and I miss those days a lot however, the minecraft market has changed so much already and it is not something I like very much. Oh, and sorry I was not always active, towards the end I really was not the owner you deserved.

Sorry to let this come to such an abrupt an awful ending. It was truly awesome working with everybody in this community as well as meeting all the people along the way. I started in 1.0 and led some awesome factions with some awesome people. So many of my great friends were in those factions. It was awesome transitioning from a player to a staff member. This server has done so much for me including having the help of Exontez in kicking off my building business. Whether you think I didn't really like you or were one of my close friends, you all had a role within the server in making it what people will remember it as. I know I came off as aggressive occasionally, however it was only to get problems solved and solutions created faster. There are too many people to say goodbye to so I'm just going to leave this general message here to all. It's been great working with you.

I started in 1.0 with my friend Lukeaduke - as he introduced me to Venomous. I was a non-donator for about 4 months, donated to Premium then to Guardian… Weeks later I became one of "most abusive” helpers..which led to the start of my journey on Venomous. Working with the staff of Venomous was quite the experience along with playing with one of most overpowered factions on Venomous; Commune. All of the months I have been staff I’ve learned a lot about the community, my staff team, and along with randoms. Its sad to say, after a year and a half of playing Venomous .. it’s been a good run. Goodluck with all of you.
